Please Note:
• After receiving the ice machine, let it stand for at least 24 hours before use. This allows the refrigerant to settle. Otherwise, ice-making performance will be affected. (If the ice machine is damaged due to human factors, warranty will be void.)
• The refrigerant may be affected during transport bumps. Ice cubes may be small and thin in the first few batches. Please try several times; usually, after the machine runs for 2–3 hours, the problem will be resolved. Ice size will return to normal, and cubes will become thicker with continued use.
• Hicon ice machine recommends using only clean water to make ice. Using other drinks may shorten the machine’s service life.
• Special attention: if you use beverages to make ice, clean the machine immediately afterward to prevent damage.
• Only a Chinese version of the manual is included in the package box. We provide a soft copy of the English manual—please contact us if you need it.
